By accessing or using FieldSnap Pro ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

FieldSnap Pro is a project management and field data capture platform for solar contractors and electrical service businesses. Features include AI-powered photo validation, project tracking, permit intelligence, and reporting tools.

3. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious content or attempt to compromise the platform
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the Service
  • Use the Service to store content unrelated to your business operations

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you upload to FieldSnap Pro. We claim no intellectual property rights over your content. You grant us a limited license to process, store, and display your data solely to provide the Service.

6. AI Features

FieldSnap Pro uses AI to analyze photos and project data. While we strive for accuracy:

  • AI analysis is provided as an aid, not a replacement for professional judgment
  • You are responsible for verifying AI-generated assessments
  • We are not liable for decisions made based solely on AI analysis

7. Subscription & Billing

  • Free trial period: 14 days, no credit card required
  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected
  • You may cancel at any time; service continues through the end of the billing period
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis

8. Service Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FieldSnap Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, United States.
